GENERALS
The following terms and conditions are all accepted purchasing a product on www.innovariding.com.
The purchase can be made only from private person.
The prices are in Euro and include the VAT and they do not include the shipping cost or any additional shipping cost.
The colouring method of the products (anodising) may have slight variations in tone between batches, therefore differing slightly from those shown on the website.
Orders are subjected to the availability of the products.
We reserve us the right to cancel the order due to force majeure and in this case we will work to refund the customer as soon as possible.
Texts and pictures on the website cannot be copied, reproduced, downloaded, sent and/or spread without the authorisation of the seller.
For any controversy related to the trade of Innova Riding’s products, the Court of Brescia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer can exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods, sending a writing communication to customerservice@techstirrups.com.
This communication has to include: number of the order, description and amount of the products that the customer would like to return, bank details (the account holder must be the same as that specified in the billing address).
The returning shipping cost are at expense of the customer and have to be sent to the following address: GM PRODUCTION srl – Via Taranto, 7 – 25036 Palazzolo sull’Oglio BS – ITALY. The goods must be returned well packaged in order to avoid any damage during the transport.
The returning goods will be check and if the goods are returned tampered or deteriorated due to an incorrect packaging for the transport, lack of the original packaging, damage to the original packaging or lack of parts of the product and/or of the packaging, the return will not be accepted and send back to the customer at his expense. Instead if the return goods are intact, it will be accepted and within 30 days after the receipt of the return, the customer will be refund the entire amount, excluding shipping cost, by bank transfer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products.
SHIPPING
The orders will be shipped with TNT in Italy and FedEx in rest of the world.
Unless extraordinary complications, the shipment will be prepare
within 1/2 working days from the order confirmation (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Italian holidays).
The goods travel at customer’s risk and danger.
In case of no delivery of the order within 10 working days, we ask to report this to our customer service, sending an e-mail to customerservice@techstirrups.com
PAYMENT
The payment of the orders can be made by credit card (American Express, Maestro, Master Card, VISA) or PayPal.
The goods will be shipped as soon as the payment is cleared.
Once the payment has been made, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
WARRANTY
Innova Riding products are covered by a 2 years warranty for lack of conformity and/or failures.
The guarantee will not be applicable in case of negligence and carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product.
The customer can report the problem, sending an e-mail to customerservice@techstirrups.com that have to contain: name and feature of the product, order number and date and a detailed description of the defect together with pictures of the defect.
PRIVACY
GM PRODUCTION srl guarantees the confidentiality of personal data provided and the full respect of the obligations established by Law no. 675/96 and Legislative Decree. N.196/2003.
The personal data provided from the customer will be treated with computerized systems and with the help of third parties connected to the corporate, solely for purposes related to the correct execution of the purchasing contract.
In defect of the consent and case of assessed mendacity of the communicated information from the customer, the order will not be made.
